Salt-resistant aluminum and vinyl fences for Marco Island's canal and Gulf homes, from pool barriers to privacy fences. We pull the City of Marco Island permit and back every job with a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Marco Island fence installation
Marco Island has its own building department, its own fence rules and plenty of deed restrictions. Much of the island was developed from the 1960s on, and many lots carry restrictions the city expects owners to research before building, with the Marco Island Civic Association as the go-to resource.
The island also has some of the toughest conditions in Southwest Florida. Hurricane Irma made landfall here in 2017, Ian brought about 8 feet of storm surge in 2022, and salt spray is constant. We build with materials that handle it.
Fence types
On the island, corrosion resistance comes first.
Our top choice for Marco pools and canal lots. Powder-coated aluminum resists salt and keeps the water view.

Permits
The City of Marco Island issues its own fence permits, separate from Collier County.
A survey or site plan showing the fence location, height, material, setbacks and length, plus pool barrier details when the fence protects a pool. Fences in required yards are limited to 6 feet.
City code keeps equipment 33 feet from burrowing owl burrows and 25 feet from gopher tortoise burrows. Owl nesting season runs February 15 to July 10.
We check your deed restrictions with you, prepare the survey-based site plan and pull the permit.
Island conditions
Hurricane-force wind, storm surge and daily salt spray are why we're careful about materials and installation here.
Powder-coated aluminum and vinyl, with hardware suited to coastal conditions.
Every post is set deep in concrete for the height of your fence.
We lay out posts to keep clear of owl and tortoise burrows, as city code requires.
