Fences for Naples homes from the Gulf-front neighborhoods to North Naples communities and the Golden Gate Estates. We install aluminum, vinyl, wood and chain link, handle the permit, and back every job with a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Naples fence installation
Naples homeowners usually want two things from a fence: something that looks right with the home and the neighborhood, and something that stands up to salt air and storm season. Near the Gulf, that usually means aluminum and vinyl, set with low, open designs in front and privacy in back.
We work across the Naples area, from waterfront neighborhoods like Port Royal, Aqualane Shores and Park Shore to the communities of North Naples, East Naples and Golden Gate. Many of these neighborhoods have HOA or deed-restriction rules, so we plan your fence to fit them and guide you through your association's approval.
Fence types
We match the material to the setting, from Gulf-side lots to inland acreage.

Permits
A Naples mailing address can be inside the City of Naples or in unincorporated Collier County, and the rules are different.
The city handles its own permits through its online portal. Side and rear fences can be 6 feet, front-yard fences outside the building envelope 3 feet, and chain link isn't allowed in front yards. Lots west of the Coastal Construction Control Line also need a state DEP permit.
North Naples, East Naples and Golden Gate permits go through Collier County's Growth Management portal with a site plan. Fences must be at least 5 feet from a septic system, and a fence in a drainage easement needs an easement use agreement with an HOA letter of no objection.
Since July 2026, some single-family fences in unincorporated Collier under $7,500 can get a letter of exemption instead of a full permit, but not pool barriers or homes in a flood hazard area. We figure out exactly what your property needs and take care of the paperwork.
Coastal conditions
Hurricane Irma made landfall on nearby Marco Island in 2017, Ian caused billions in damage across Collier County in 2022, and Milton pushed a storm tide of nearly 6 feet into Naples in 2024.
Powder-coated aluminum and vinyl hold up to Gulf salt air far better than steel or untreated wood.
Every post is set deep in concrete for the height of your fence, ready for summer storms.

FAQ
It depends on where you are. The City of Naples doesn't require a permit for short runs under 50 feet unless the fence is part of a pool barrier. Unincorporated Collier County requires a permit or, for some smaller jobs, a letter of exemption. We sort it out for you.
In the City of Naples, front-yard fences outside the building envelope are limited to 3 feet, and chain link isn't allowed in front yards. Side and rear fences can be 6 feet.
Aluminum or vinyl. Both resist salt air, and aluminum keeps an open look that works well near the water. Lots west of the Coastal Construction Control Line also need a state permit, which we'll flag during your estimate.
Yes. We install chain link, wood and other perimeter fencing on Estates lots, and keep the fence at least 5 feet from your septic system as the county requires.
