Lee County · Lehigh Acres
Affordable, sturdy fences for Lehigh Acres homes, from privacy fences on new builds to chain link around a big backyard for the dogs. We pull the Lee County permit and back every install with a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Lehigh Acres fence installation
Lehigh Acres covers about 96 square miles of mostly quarter- and half-acre lots, many on well and septic. That much yard is great for kids and pets, and it's also a lot of property line to fence, so getting good value per foot matters.
Lots here often have drainage swales between them because of how septic systems are elevated, which affects fence height and how we set posts on uneven ground. We fence new construction and established homes all over Lehigh, from the streets off Lee Boulevard and Joel Boulevard to the areas near Homestead Road and SR 82.

Permits
Lehigh Acres is unincorporated Lee County, so fence permits go through the county's eConnect system. These are the county rules that matter most:
Front-yard fences can be 3 feet, or 4 feet if the fence is open. Side and rear fences can be 6 feet.
Within 25 feet of a canal or lake, the fence must be open above 3½ feet, and it has to stay at least 5 feet from the water's edge on natural waterways.
Wood, aluminum, chain link and composite are all allowed. Privacy slats and fabric screening on chain link are not.
We draw the site plan the county asks for, including easements and setbacks, and pull the permit for you.
Local conditions
Sandy soil, swales and summer storms all affect how a fence holds up here.
We step or rake fence sections across swales and slopes so the fence follows your lot without big gaps underneath.
Every post is set deep in concrete for the height of your fence, so it stays straight in sandy soil and storms.
We locate your septic system and well before we lay out post holes.

Chain link usually costs the least per foot, and wood privacy is the most affordable solid fence. We can quote a mix so you get privacy where it matters most.
Not in unincorporated Lee County. The county doesn't allow privacy slats or fabric screening on chain link. A wood or vinyl privacy fence is the way to go.
